Mutualsourcing (mutual-sourcing) is a type of crowdfunding where mutual effort is rewarded to all participants involved. Rewards are based on total historical aggregate work and education/training hours. Each participants' total hours are used in each reward cycle to calculate each fruit of labor proportions. Rewards are compensated with a capital gain collateral token that increase in value against the fiat gift certificate currency of the network that is used to pay for goods and services. Lend-lease of property and equipment is rewarded in gift certificate currency. Lend-lease reward is given for the actual paid price of property.
